Extendance - Word from our Managing Director
Dear Colleagues,
If you have looked at this website, perhaps before or after talking to us, have you asked yourself "OK, so why should we work with Extendance and not just do this ourselves or using our current service providers?" I'd like to help you answer that question.
What makes us truly unique is that we serve not just our own customers, but your customers, because we believe world-class product marketing and online PR services can only be provided if we help you to win over customers for you. So what makes us so good at that? In essence, it is that we understand your solutions AND your markets. We know how your solutions work from a technical point of view, so we can respect what went into them. We also understand how your customers think and how to communicate with them.
That combination is hard to find elsewhere. Most marketing firms try to work with every product market they come across, regardless of their personal expertise. We focus on ICT, the high tech area that we truly understand, and we work in markets we know thoroughly, from our extensive professional experience in Europe, the US and Asia.
Secondly we care about the outcome. In all our work, we have a stake in its success or failure, either directly or indirectly. We don't just hand over the finished job, like consultants or marketing service providers, but remain engaged in the whole process of attracting, winning and maintaining customers for just as long as you want us to.
Being involved in both sales and marketing means we keep our feet firmly on the ground, always holding true to the real raison d'être for business: "The only valid definition of business purpose is to create a customer." (Peter Drucker)
Finally the nature of our engagements require we take our ethical responsibilities very seriously. This means that we will be a loyal long-term partner and not one that offers almost the same product to competing enterprises.
